We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand on a 3-5 day service. Please contact us if you need your order sooner and we will do our best to accomodate.
For international orders, we offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Our standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days, depending on location. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on location.
International shipping may take longer depending on the destination country. We use only trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Executive.
If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@executivecoll.com
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be shipped out as soon as the returned item is received.
